1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties when using the ScheduleBox service operated by ScheduleBox s.r.o. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
ScheduleBox is a cloud platform for managing online bookings, capacity planning, and customer relationship management. The service includes a web application, a booking widget for embedding on user websites, a notification system, and analytical tools.
3. Registration and User Account
Registration is required to use the service. The user is obliged to provide truthful and complete information. The user is responsible for the security of login credentials. In case of suspected unauthorized access, the user must immediately contact the provider.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
Service prices are listed on the pricing page in Czech crowns (CZK) excluding VAT. Payments are processed through the Comgate payment gateway. Billing occurs monthly or annually according to the chosen plan. Access to the service may be restricted in case of non-payment.
5. Terms of Use
The user agrees to use the service in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic. It is prohibited to use the service for illegal purposes, sending unsolicited mail, or any action that could harm the provider or other users.
6. Limitation of Liability
The provider is not liable for damages caused by service outages due to third parties, force majeure, or improper use by the user. The total liability of the provider is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months.
7. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy. The provider acts as a processor of the user's customer personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.
8. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. The provider reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms with 30 days' notice sent to the user by email.
